He navigated through the business, overseeing turnaround projects for faltering product lines, effectively boosting revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and employee morale. He developed the Assured Strategy WQM – Write, Question, Measure™ methodology, which makes process optimization easy to understand and implement.
