This session will explore practical lessons learned along the way, offering tools and strategies to help you recognize and prevent burnout, cultivate resilience, and align your career with your values and well-being. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking inspiration, this workshop will provide a fresh perspective on how challenges can lead to growth, healing, and a reimagined path forward. Midollo holds a B.S. in business from Tulane. She is a registered yoga teacher, holistic health coach, and reiki practitioner dedicated to helping her students and clients restore balance and peace in their minds and bodies. Her approach emphasizes the importance of slowing down and prioritizing self-care. Having recovered from corporate burnout, financial trauma, and disordered eating, Midollo has quickly become recognized as a leader in self-care and wellness. She embodies the simple self-care and stress-relief practices that she teaches. Her offerings include transformational rest retreats, yoga and meditation classes for both adults and teens, restorative writing workshops, holistic health coaching for stress management, business mentorship, and creative strategy consulting.
