Strategies to build your professional brand & grow your career

If you’re early in your professional career and wondering how to achieve rockstar status, this session is for you. The program will feature a father and daughter duo – Daniel (A&S ’87) and Sara (SLA ’22) Heimlich – both Tulane graduates! Daniel will share hard-learned lessons from his successful 35-year career, which he recently compiled into a book, Make Your Success: The 21 Rules for Young Professionals. Sara will explain how she applied these “rules” to land her first professional job and then get a significant promotion (and pay increase) in her first six months.
