From leading large-scale agile transformations to crafting impactful product strategies, I love empowering teams to do their best work.
I’ve recently started coaching to help entry to mid-level product managers and organizations grow their skills, confidence, and resilience. Whether through 1:1 coaching or interactive workshops, my goal is to make product management a little less stressful—and much more rewarding and outcome focussed.
I’m still a practicing product manager so I promise to be pragmatic and not just throw the text book at you… we all know how that goes!
