Role Overview
The Associate Consultant role is an opportunity for a team member with a growth mindset, who is highly motivated by our core values of integrity, excellence, collaboration, and dedication. to join the team. The Associate will work on diverse client-facing and internal projects that will build a unique portfolio of skills in the social impact field. The involves collaborating closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, project management, and stakeholder engagement. to drive the firm’s mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Consulting work is varied, rigorous and ideal for those committed to learning. Project requirements will vary depending on the client’s challenge, providing continuous opportunities to develop and hone new skills. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from various backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of how businesses address social impact. This position offers a unique opportunity to work and learn in the domains of corporate citizenship, stakeholder management, philanthropy and fundraising, equity and inclusion and gain insights into executive leadership while contributing to high-impact projects that shape the future of our clients and communities.

  • • Executive Support: Assist lead consultants with strategic projects. Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the firm’s goals. Support project teams and manage resources effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration across various levels of the organization.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic initiatives. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the CEO.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes to enhance organizational efficiency and innovation

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences, Public Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree desirable.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or philanthropic/nonprofit leadership roles. Proven record of managing complex projects and supporting senior executives.

• Skills: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with project management tools.
• Attributes: Strong leadership qualities, proactive and adaptable mindset, and a passion for social impact and equity.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general technology agility to learn additional platforms quickly.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Group facilitation skills a plus.
• Cultural Competency: Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively relate and communicate in-person and via writing with culturally diverse team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to review and analyze documents thoroughly and promptly.
