Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Analyst (Entry-Level / Trainee)

We’re a boutique commercial appraisal firm looking for a sharp, curious, numbers-minded analyst who wants to launch a career in commercial real estate. Think of this as a paid internship that grows into a long-term career with mentorship, real responsibility, and a clear path to becoming a Certified General Appraiser.

What You’ll Do

  • Build valuation models & analyze financials
  • Research market trends, sales, rents, and zoning
  • Draft sections of appraisal reports
  • Join inspections and help document properties
  • Support the senior appraiser on real projects from day one

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or similar
  • Strong Excel + analytical skills
  • Good writer, detail-oriented, eager to learn
  • Interest in CRE and valuation (no experience required)
