The Brevet Group is a boutique consulting firm operating at the intersection of strategy and complex B2B sales. As an Enablement Program Specialist, you will be a key team member on client teams delivering sales effectiveness and training solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of professional experience and an entrepreneurial drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will support a variety of projects by developing enablement, training, and communications deliverables while collaborating with seasoned consultants. This role requires great attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly and build strong internal relationships.
Here are some examples of the type of work you’ll be involved in:
- Tracking industry trends and perspectives that can inform client strategies
- Building a digital resource center on a client sales enablement platform (e.g., Seismic, Showpad, Sharepoint, Highspot, etc.)
- Reviewing and synthesizing themes and actionable enablement recommendations from client interviews/client materials
- Creating presentations and other client-facing materials to support enablement programs
- Participate in ideation sessions as part of client program design, documenting discussions and next steps

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize, and summarize information relevant to client organizations – What are their goals? How do they engage customers? What are their pressing growth and customer challenges?
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to align on client issues and possible enablement solutions
- Support the development of training materials, including presentations, application activities, eLearning and reinforcement content, coaching support materials, job aids, and playbooks
- Capture and distribute notes for internal and client-facing meetings
- Support continued refinement of program materials – maintaining ‘standards’ and ‘templates’ that can be used to accelerate other client projects
- Proactively seek opportunities to reduce the workload of consultants

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required – preferred majors include Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Psychology, Sociology
- 1-3 years of experience working on communications, marketing, training development, change management projects
