Overview
The Sponsorship Intern will work alongside the North America Sponsorship team. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and an interest in sports marketing, events, and global brand activation. The intern will gain hands-on experience managing assets, supporting sponsorship operations, event logistics, and contributing to digital content and recaps.
- Sponsorship Support
- Update and track the global events calendar
- Draft North America event recaps and reports
- Assist with event registrations from start to finish
- Support file organization, database updates, and operational processes
- Help manage communications and community mailbox (email, internal groups)
- Assist with running-related content, community updates, and administrative tasks
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and manage new systems
- Experience with Cvent or other registration platforms is a plus
