Overview
The Sponsorship Intern will work alongside the North America Sponsorship team. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and an interest in sports marketing, events, and global brand activation. The intern will gain hands-on experience managing assets, supporting sponsorship operations, event logistics, and contributing to digital content and recaps.

  • Sponsorship Support
  • Update and track the global events calendar
  • Draft North America event recaps and reports
  • Assist with event registrations from start to finish
  • Support file organization, database updates, and operational processes
  • Help manage communications and community mailbox (email, internal groups)
  • Assist with running-related content, community updates, and administrative tasks

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and manage new systems
  • Experience with Cvent or other registration platforms is a plus
