StreetStashed is a fashion, tech, and lifestyle startup based in Pittsburgh — building a same-day delivery platform that connects local boutiques, streetwear brands, stylists, and customers.
We’re merging fashion, culture, and technology to give local creators and shoppers a faster, smarter way to connect.
This 8-week paid internship is a hands-on startup experience — not a classroom program. You’ll work directly on campaigns, app testing, vendor outreach, and events that help shape StreetStashed’s public launch.
What You’ll Do
You’ll join one of four creative teams based on your skills and interests:
🛍️ Vendor & Partnerships
Research and connect with local boutiques and stylists
Help onboard vendors and gather brand assets
Build and maintain partnership spreadsheets and contact lists
🎨 Content & Social Media
Produce Reels, TikToks, and branded content
Assist with editing, captions, and scheduling
Track engagement metrics and brainstorm viral concepts
🎟️ Community & Events
Plan and promote two StreetStashed events
Manage invites, vendors, and promotions
Capture footage and create recap content
⚙️ Tech & Systems (Automation + App Testing)
Test the StreetStashed app and report bugs or UX issues
Suggest and implement small fixes or automations
Build simple dashboards or reports to track performance
Compensation & Bonus Structure
All interns receive a $300 base stipend for completing the 8-week program.
You can earn up to $400 in performance bonuses for outstanding creativity, results, and consistency — for a total potential of $700.
Bonus Categories:
Creativity & Initiative ( up to $100 ) — New ideas, campaigns, or problem-solving
Execution & Consistency ( up to $100 ) — Meeting deliverables and staying organized
Impact & Results ( up to $100 ) — Real growth or improvements driven by your work
Team Collaboration ( up to $100 ) — Leadership, communication, and group effort
Bonuses are awarded at the end of the program based on measurable results and feedback from the leadership team.
