ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Welcome to the On the Road Internship Program, a creative and hands-on experience under the direction of Shereena Delgado founder of Straight Walk Runway (SWR), Off-Key But Lit (OKBL), and She God It.

This internship is non-paid but provides real industry experience across fashion, event production, entertainment, and digital media. Interns will gain portfolio material, professional connections, and behind-the-scenes exposure to multiple brands and live activations.

You’ll work across all branches and events associated with our brands, including:

Straight Walk Runway (SWR): Fashion productions, model training, runway events, confidence workshops.

Off-Key But Lit (OKBL): Karaoke nights, artist showcases, themed parties, and community events.

She God It: Women’s empowerment platform and podcast production.

Additional Activations: College tours, media campaigns, community collaborations, and fashion showcases.

Expect a high-energy, team-based environment filled with creativity, purpose, and opportunity to learn by doing.

PR & COMMUNICATIONS INTERN

(Non-Paid)

Overview:
The PR & Communications Intern helps us share our story publicly and professionally. You’ll write short recaps, connect with sponsors, and assist with outreach and brand communications for our “On the Road” movement.

Responsibilities:

Draft press releases and post-event recaps.

Assist in sponsorship and partnership communication.

Manage contact lists and press folders.

Support with email campaigns and brand updates.

You’ll Learn:

Public relations and communication strategy.

Brand positioning across media channels.

Writing and professional outreach etiquette.

The fundamentals of sponsorship communication.
