Spero Media, a boutique advertising agency that specializes In media buying/planning, audience development, and ticket sales/promotion for sports and entertainment clients, is looking for organized and enthusiastic individuals to join our remote team as an intern for the Summer of 2026. This position is ideal for someone with interest in media planning and buying and an excellent opportunity for the right person to have a hand in all levels of advertising, marketing, and promotion. Clients include: US Open Tennis, New York Mets, The Capital One Orange Bowl, the Metropolitan Opera, Broadway musicals Lion King and Aladdin, and many others. This is an unpaid internship, but it is available for school credit. There is potential opportunity for growth as previous interns have joined us as full-time employees!

Responsibilities:
- Media buying/planning
- Marketing and Promotion
- Research for gathering/organizing media rates, and relevant planning materials, as needed
- Interacting with vendors and clients
- Monitoring media buys, delivering traffic instructions, confirming spot delivery with stations/networks
- General office duties
Requirements:
- Second, Third or Fourth year students at an accredited College or University
- Highly organized, detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work remote – being extremely attentive, reliable, and responsive during office hours
- Ability to think strategically and independently, while also working as part of a team
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Familiarity with traditional (TV, radio, OOH, print) and non-traditional media (including digital, mobile, social) required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a diverse workload
- Access to a home computer (desktop or laptop) and reliable Wi-Fi
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom Conferencing
