We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, self-motivated interns to join our vibrant Beauty & Wellness team for the Fall 2025 semester! If you’re passionate about beauty, wellness, and lifestyle media, and you’re ready to dive into the world of PR, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience and make valuable connections.

As an intern, you’ll get to work closely with the team, assisting with a variety of client requests such as product distribution, research, press coverage, and day-to-day office operations. You’ll be part of a super welcoming and supportive team that is eager to share knowledge and help you grow in the industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle media

• Social media savvy with a finger on the pulse of current trends

• A multitasking master who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Super organized, detail-oriented, and a go-getter

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to work professionally and respectfully in all settings

• Most importantly, a passion for our brand mission and a collaborative mindset!

Your Role Will Include:

• Managing databases and client files like a pro

• Supporting the team with administrative tasks (agendas, meeting minutes, proposals, etc.)

• Helping with day-to-day operations and office needs

• Compiling reports and client recaps

• Managing monthly client press reports

• Assisting with the distribution of client media materials and product samples

Compensation: University Credit

Start Date: August/September 2025

Schedule: 15-20 hours per week. This can be full or part-time days throughout the work week
