At Signature Pest Management, our goal is to help you earn enough in 3–4 months of summer work to cover your tuition and living expenses for the entire year. We take pride in taking “Regular Joes”—students who are humble, hungry, and ready to learn—and coaching them into high-earning professionals.
With a guaranteed base pay plus commissions, our top performers often earn more in a single summer than many graduates make in their first year of a full-time career. Whether you are a natural “superstar” or someone who has never sold a thing in your life, we provide the vehicle; you provide the gas.

We are Texas-owned and operated with branches throughout the region. Applicants can be placed in any of the following hubs:
Austin, TX (Including Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock, & surrounding areas)
Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (North Dallas, South Dallas, Rockwall, & West Ft. Worth/Aledo)
Houston, TX (Including Cypress, Katy, & Spring)
San Antonio, TX (Including New Braunfels, Cibolo, & Seguin)

Expected Responsibilities
Territory Management: You will be assigned a specific area to manage, act as the face of Signature Pest Management, and build rapport with residents.
Lead Generation & Closing: Use our proven system to educate homeowners on pest management solutions and close new service agreements.
Problem Solving: Identify customer needs on the fly and offer customized solutions to protect their homes.
Daily Professional Development: Attend morning “Power-Up” sessions to sharpen your communication skills and mindset with the team.

Communication: Ability to break the ice and build trust quickly with strangers.

Minimum Requirements
No prior sales experience required. We provide 100% of the training.
Must have a strong work ethic and a “figure-it-out” attitude.
Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the day.

Must be available for the duration of the summer months.
