RealCommissions is looking for a Real Estate Account Coordinator!
Rapidly growing, online financial services business serving the real estate industry nationwide has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Account Coordinator based out of our headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
Experience:
· 3+ years of experience in the real estate industry (ie. working in a real estate office, property management, closing attorney, mortgage processing environment)
· Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
Our ideal candidate will:
· Be positive, outgoing and enjoys interacting with clients
· Communicate via phone/email/text with real estate agents, real estate offices, attorneys’ offices, and title/escrow companies to successfully open and close transactions.
· Do basic accounting work and enjoys working with numbers
· Bring an understanding and knowledge of the residential real estate industry and be able to process real estate transactions
· Handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Manage end-to-end RealCommissions process from opening to closing transactions
Applicants should possess:
· A take charge attitude to be able to resolve issues; Must be proactive, an independent problem solver
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
· Working knowledge of QuickBooks would be a plus
· Excellent organizational and customer service skills
· The ability to anticipate and initiate tasks and ability to plan and prioritize work
· The desire to commit to the position long-term and grow with the business as it expands
· Attention to detail
