PRINCESS GRACE FOUNDATION-USA (PGF-USA) is seeking a remote part-time Grants intern to assist with the Princess Grace Awards program, which supports emerging artists in theater, dance, and film (www.pgfusa.org), and develops and maintains strong relationships with Award-winning artists. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the arts, specifically one of the disciplines PGF-USA supports: theater, dance, or film. Interest in arts administration and grant giving is also appreciated. This position will work closely with the Manager of Grants. Anticipated time commitment 10-15 hours/week.
The internship key projects and tasks will be around the 2025 Princess Grace Awards grant cycle. Key tasks include:
- Assisting in creating and writing monthly newsletter content based on Award winner projects
- Research eligible nominating institutions for 2026 application outreach
- Assist in analyzing impact and outreach of Awards program
- Award winner project research for social media announcements
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with direction
This is an unpaid internship. College credit may be available.
