- Drafting engaging social media copy and designing compelling on-brand graphics and templates using Adobe InDesign and Canva to support firmwide events, activities, and other communication campaigns.
- Producing a monthly firmwide internal newsletter and managing the firm’s microsite for internal news.
- Advising teams across the firm on social media strategy and assisting them with implementation when appropriate.
- Developing social media best practices and co-leading both live and recorded training sessions.
- Managing new and emerging social media tools and platforms, such as Instagram Threads, Canva, Hootsuite, and CapCut.
- Managing sponsored content campaigns.
- Benchmarking, tracking, and analyzing social media performance, including employee advocacy, to drive stronger engagement across key audiences.
Critical skills include:
- Ability to build robust and engaged social media communities.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Video editing and graphics animation, both with and without audio.
- Very strong “people skills,” with the ability to work collaboratively across teams, departments, and disciplines.
- Ability to self-start and self-motivate—and the desire to hit the ground running!
