Pearl is a fast-growing AI automation company that builds custom workflows, and business tools for real clients in home services, healthcare, and beyond. You’ll be hands-on with real client projects from day one, working directly with the founders.
What you’ll do:
- Build and test AI-powered automations and workflows for real paying clients.
- Work with tools like n8n, Claude AI, Flowise, and Airtable.
- Support client onboarding and documentation.
- Help with business development research using Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Grow into whatever you’re best at – technical work, client success, or both.
What we’re looking for: You’ve built or tinkered with something using AI, automation, or code – even just for fun. You pick up new tools fast. You can write a clean email and explain a technical concept simply. Bonus: experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Flowise, or Airtable.
