Next Step Realty is a leading boutique luxury real estate brokerage firm in New York City specializing in high volume corporate relocation across both the rental and sales markets. We are growing rapidly and looking to expand our team of specialists to operate in the highly competitive and highly exciting New York Market!

Who We’re Looking For:

– Real Estate Salesperson with 0 – 3 years experience (Must be licensed or in the process of getting licensed by April 1st, 2026.)

– Broad knowledge of the Manhattan market – knowledge of Brooklyn and Queens markets are a plus!

– Self-motivated, driven and energetic

– Willingness to work hard in a fast paced environment outside of traditional 9-5 hours, weekend work required

– Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills

– Service oriented attitude with a client first focus

– Strong organizational skills

– Ability to work productively within a team environment

– High ethical standards

– Drive for excellence and growth

– Willingness to grow and learn

Requirements:

  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson/ Associate Broker
  • Should be able to come in office regularly to service clients in NYC
