We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Morley Fredericks Real Estate, Inc. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our real estate operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office manager and real estate agents
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and meetings
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus
