Insightechs-Int Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales development representative to join our dynamic sales team. We are a fast-growing digital marketing company, specializing in providing innovative and results-oriented solutions to our clients. As a sales development representative at Insightecs Int, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close deals
- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with potential and existing clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all communications with clients in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client concerns or issues
- Select suitable providers and manage end-to-end client accounts
- Support the departments in various administrative duties as and when required
Requirements
- Previous sales experience (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable making outbound calls
