Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in audio-visual technology and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in MS Teams
- Strong understanding of audio/video signal flow
- Familiarity with networking technology and video transmission
- Proven experience with Enterprise VC Solutions
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Windows, and Chrome OS
- Hands-on expertise in AV equipment setup and operation
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills
- Project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
