Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and participate in onboarding activities for new hires
- Support HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist in organizing and conducting employee training sessions and workshops.
- Support HR team in conducting performance management activities, such as performance reviews and goal setting.
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
