The position requires intermediate level skills/knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as experience with general office support, scanning, photocopying, and receptionist coverage. Additional software utilized in the role: CCH Axcess & XCM.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the Tax Administration Manager.
Responsibilities
· Assemble, file, scan and track all tax returns, estimates and extensions
· Receive E-File authorization forms from clients and transmit returns/extensions electronically
· Complete and submit all certified mail for the department and maintain tracking log
· Create, edit and distribute weekly tax return status reports to partners/managers
· Maintain client files
· General administrative word processing, filing, scanning
· Back up assistance for the Receptionist, as requested

Please note that this position requires overtime during our busy seasons, which run from January – April 15th and mid-August to October 15th.
The pay rate for this position is $50k + overtime.
