Your Impact:
- Welcome and Guide: Welcome and guide prospective residents through our community, embodying our brand values and ensuring they understand the benefits and responsibilities of living in an HOA-managed environment.
- Innovate Renewal Incentives: Develop and implement renewal incentives while maintaining open communication with residents during the renewal process, ensuring they are aware of HOA guidelines and benefits.
- Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the community to evaluate vacancies, common areas, and maintenance facilities, ensuring that HOA standards and regulations are met.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure all units and common areas are move-in ready, in compliance with HOA rules and expectations.
- Financial Management: Prepare annual budgets, business plans, and cash flow analyses for our clients, including detailed financial planning for HOA operations and reserves.
- Adapt Pricing and Strategies: Adapt pricing and renewal strategies based on market insights while considering the impact on HOA fees and community amenities.
- Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and advisor to leasing coordinators and agents, guiding them on HOA policies and community management practices.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Demonstrate creative problem-solving and maintain a positive attitude, addressing both resident concerns and HOA-related issues.
- Foster Teamwork: Foster teamwork and motivate colleagues towards common objectives, ensuring that the HOA and property management teams work cohesively.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in property management.
- Real estate license and relevant designations or certifications.
