Sales Executive (Remote)
Closeable is a new startup that specializes in empowering online brands to optimize customer conversion, maximize engagement, and foster long-term retention through personalized live sales assistance integrated into their existing funnels.
Currently poised for launch with our initial cohort of partners, we’re actively seeking flexible and creative Sales Executives to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a burgeoning startup at its inception, where your contributions will shape our trajectory from the ground up.
We’re looking for full-time employees, but can accommodate part-time positions for qualified candidates. Compensation will be a base salary (dependent on experience) plus a monthly bonus tied to performance.
What you’ll do:
- Handle customer communication via inbound/outbound calls, sms, email, chat and voicemail
- Maintaining a pipeline of 100+ prospective customers at any given time.
- Manage the sales process end to end – from initial outreach to close
- Dive right into training and quickly learn the product and process for selling on behalf of one or more of our partners (the brands we represent)
- Help mold what Closeable looks like as we grow, through first hand experience working with our partners and their customers
Who you are:
- You have 0-4 years experience in sales or another customer facing role
- You’re excited about and thrive in a high-velocity, results-oriented sales environment
- You have excellent communication skills
- You think on your feet when confronted with hard questions or new challenges
- You have a hunger to learn and are consistently looking for new angles to improve
- Absorbing new information doesn’t phase you. The prospect of switching to support new (or multiple) products or clients is exciting, not imposing.
