At Cicero, Analysts are the heart of the consulting process. Our Analyst Internship program is a unique opportunity for college juniors to experience life as a strategy consultant, working with clients to solve their most pressing business challenges. As an Analyst Intern, you will:
- Execute the research and analyses that define our strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven solutions in projects such as (but not limited to)

The internship program includes a strong focus on professional development. Your colleagues and project leads will challenge you to develop new skills and help you achieve your professional goals. You will also be paired with a mentor who will help you identify and fulfill your personal and professional goals and always be available to you for support as you integrate into your project teams. We will facilitate one-on-one coffee chats, group meals, and after-hours social events with senior leadership, fellow consultants, and your intern cohort.
While there is no single educational or professional background that best prepares you for a fulfilling career at Cicero, we typically look for the following qualifications:
- Must have completed junior year at a 4-year college or university
- Excellent academic record and grade point average
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to think independently and meaningfully collaborate with teams
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are always welcome and appreciated)
- Effective organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional ambition and leadership skills in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings

Location: The internship is in Salt Lake City, Utah with the option of transferring to another office upon graduation if offered a full-time position at the end of the internship.
