Business Outreach & Strategic Growth Intern

The Mission

We are the founders and strategists behind Americavest, a prop tech, fintech and energy platform redefining the intersection of housing and infrastructure. Our “Smart Living” concept is a major disruptor in the housing market.

We are looking for a Business Outreach Intern who can move forward with high autonomy and little oversight to help us scale this movement from stealth to a national standard. Initially you will be listening in on C-Suite conversations, absorbing the tempo of conversation and moving to discussing, not selling, our Smart Living Concept to various parties from initial inquiries to Government officials.

AI Skills Yes or No is fine as long as you have an interest to learn and figure it out.

Core Responsibilities: The “Strategic Communicator”

Narrative Synthesis: Distill complex concepts—such as VPP grid services, energy arbitrage, and AI compute integration—into patient, thought-provoking outreach that captures the interest of government officials, institutional partners and investors.

Pitch Asset Development: Actively contribute to the evolution of Seed and Series A pitch decks, ensuring the logic of our distributed utility model is presented with undeniable clarity and precision.

Targeted Outreach: Independently identify, research, and build “hot lists” of potential partners, institutional investors, and strategic stakeholders in the Prop-Tech and Green Energy sectors.

Market Intelligence: Autonomously investigate high-multiplier exit models and international capital markets to identify partners who align with our vision of high-efficiency growth.

Stakeholder Briefing: Prepare concise, insightful briefing notes for the leadership team ahead of meetings, highlighting the intersection of ROI and social impact.

Requirements: The “High-Agency” Professional

Practical Knowledge: You must be a “figure-it-out” person. You prefer researching a solution to a technical or business hurdle over asking for a walkthrough.

Clarity of Thought: You possess the ability to take “big picture” visionary concepts and present them as logical, de-risked business opportunities.

Patient Persistence: You understand that proptech, fintech, utility and AI Data Centers require a long-view approach. You focus on building long-term trust rather than “quick wins.”

Professional Literacy: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate complex financial or technical concepts concisely.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable creating spreadsheets, documents, pitch decks and advanced research techniques, AI supported.

What You’ll Gain

High Autonomy: You will have the freedom to test your own outreach strategies and see the direct impact of your work on our enterprise value.

Direct Exposure: Work alongside the leadership team during critical capital rounds and the build-out of a first-of-its-kind AI Data and Energy utility communities.

Strategic Mentorship: Deepen your understanding of GP equity structures, VPP valuations, and the future of net-zero living.

How to Apply: The “Autonomy” Test

In lieu of a traditional cover letter, please submit the following:

A 3-sentence “Cold Pitch”: Write a message to a potential institutional investor explaining why a residential home that functions as a node for a Virtual Power Plant is a superior derisked asset class.

Evidence of Initiative: Briefly describe one project or problem you solved in the past where you had zero instructions and had to figure it out yourself.
