**Position Overview:**
The Financial Assistant is responsible for managing financial operations, including bank account and cash flow management, expense review, financial reporting, and insurance policy oversight. This role requires a high level of integrity, organizational skills, and financial acumen to streamline financial processes, control costs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
**Responsibilities:**
– **Bank Account Management:** Handle daily banking operations and liaise with commercial banks.
– **Cash Management:** Plan and manage the company’s cash flow investments.
– **Expense Review & Optimization:** Review and streamline expense reimbursement processes to improve efficiency.
– **Financial Reporting:** Create and analyze financial reports for internal use.
– **Procurement & Budgeting:** Manage shopping tasks, including booking flights, hotels, and online purchases, with a focus on cost control and budget adherence.
– **Household Financial Planning:** Participate in financial planning and budget management for household maintenance, providing regular expense analysis reports.
– **Insurance Policy Management:** Oversee family insurance policies, including health, auto, and home insurance coverage.
– **Corporate Expense Accounting:** Verify and process invoices and receipts to ensure compliance with financial policies.
**Requirements:**
– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
– **Language Skills:** Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

**Work Schedule:**
– **Location:** Fully in-office, Monday to Friday.
– **Hours:** 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
