Responsibilities:
1.Operate the US banking system and submit for approval according to the payment requirements of the Sino US team,
2. Proficient in using the full set of financial software in the United States and operating according to rules.
3. Maintain communication with Chinese finance, US operations, and Bank of America.
4. Regularly provide and prepare financial statements to financial management personnel and bosses according to US accounting requirements,
5. Future development directions includes financial management and fiscal and tax management.
6. Able to adapt to working across time zones and effectively communicate and collaborate with teams from different countries.
7. Responsible for financial and wealth management work.
requirements:
1. Proficient in Mandarin and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with a bachelor’s degree or above and a background in studying abroad is preferred. Accounting, finance, accounting, or related majors are preferred.
2.1-2 years of work experience, familiar with the US banking system and financial software operations.
3. Good communication skills and team spirit.
4. Strong sensitivity and accuracy towards financial data.
5. Basic knowledge of finance and accounting.
6. Strong learning ability, able to actively self-study with guidance.
7. Able to adapt to flexible working hours to meet the needs of international business.
