Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble (BTE) is seeking a dynamic, collaborative individual to serve as administrative and operational leader. The Managing Director (MD) is responsible to the Board of Trustees and the Ensemble for the overall administrative management of BTE which includes strategic planning, board relations, fiscal coordination and accountability, staff and venue management, revenue and audience development and community engagement. Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble (BTE), a 48‑year‑old professional rural ensemble theatre committed to artistic excellence, arts education, collaborative artistic direction, and community engagement, seeks a new Resident Artist. This artist will serve as an Actor-Director, Teaching Artist, and administrative liaison. This is a full-time Resident Artist position with a Candidacy period prior to full Ensemble membership.
